All sales made through Naturix are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
